We Need Your Help!
We’re coordinating with another nonprofit organization, “Making Spirits Bright”, to bring children’s books to area schools to help foster a love of reading.
In these events, students are provided FIVE FREE BOOKS! These books can be either new or “gently used” – our goal here with JORY Children’s Foundation, is to fuel these projects with a minimum of 500 books!
We’re looking for books for elementary level children. Below is our link to a suggested list of books on Amazon. Another option would be to visit www.thriftbooks.com and select from their inventory. Amazon will ship your donation directly to us!

If you personally have new or gently used books that you would like to donate, please Contact Us to arrange shipment/drop off.

We are Metro Detroit’s Book Bank, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting & providing equitable access to books that brighten the lives of youth while enhancing literacy & the love of learning. Through partnerships facilitating literacy instruction, we distribute thousands of like-new books directly to children and families.
